The Cut

Being a woman means we’re faced, fairly regularly, with major life-altering decisions.

What do we want to be when we grow up?

Where will we set down roots?

How many inches should we lop off the front of our hair to screw up what we pay professionals good money to keep in line and stylish and fashionable?

That last decision is probably the most important, most significant decision we are wired to make. Whether we are standing toe to toe with a blissful existence or the ebb of the dear-god-I’m-going-to-be-a-single-cat-lady-forever phase of life, every woman has chosen to chop.

Good god, we should be required to have a license to own scissors.

You are so freakin cute! I’ve run into this problem 4 times in my life and messed it up 4 times. Scissors are not my friend.

I have this highly false sense of confidence about cutting my own bangs because of a) most every female friend I’ve had went to hair school and b) YouTube.

    OMG. hilarious.

      LOL! Thanks. 😉
