Something @Fab: Tash Folds

I’m not sure what your footwear of choice is for every day, nightlife, travel, or special events, but being a 5’ 1,472,620” tall cry baby, I don’t last very long on the rare occasion I choose to wear heels.

If I’m not barefoot, you’ll find me sporting flip flops. If I’m not in flip flops, I’ll have slipped on a pair of flats. If I’m not in flats, check my meds…it’s likely they’re dangerously low. Also? I’d refrain from bringing up that time in high school I got a knee injury hopping in a figure eight, asking if it’s “my time of the month”, or DEAR GOD, I CAN FEEL YOUR EYES JUDGING MY STORE BRAND GRANOLA BARS!

Tash Limited is a women’s footwear line, designed by a group of fashion forward individuals in Southern California that includes, sandals, boots, heels, and my most recent obsession, Tash Folds.

The super cool thing is that these bad boys are so incredibly compact, like, whoa!

I got the Heist Denim style in Charcoal because, the moment I opened the package, I firmly believe that everyone should own a pair of grey denim shoes.

In the few minutes I’ve owned them I can tell you that they are both comfortable and clumsy-human-proof. The elastic around the shoe upper makes for a snug fit, which is nice when your feet are as long as a yardstick and they usually have issues remaining inside their respective shoes. (see: always barefoot)

I would have to say that the ultimate, top of the pops, best part about these shoes is that they come with a fantastic carrying pouch for tossing in your purse. My Tash Folds are a size 10 and when all folded up and tucked away in the carrying pouch, they are no bigger than a point-and-shoot camera case.

I discovered and purchased my pair from my eternal, internet love affair, Fab. They retail on the Tash Limited website for $38. And boy are they worth every penny. I cannot wait to pair and wear them with a ton of different summer staples.
